MultiDados in order to address all aspects of its activity and projects have an extensive network of interviewers across the entire country and autonomous regions of Madeira and Azores to implement the fieldwork (direct data collecting):

  1. Street interviews
  2. Doot-to-door interviews
  3. Phone interviews (telemarketing)
  4. Client Check (assessment of concealed services / shops)
  5. Product/image testing
  6. Hall testing
  7. Focus Group
  8. Counting/monitoring

The selection of the interviewers for each study is made through our staff database (currently around 100 fixed employees), according with their previous work experience and efficiency.

The supervision on the quality of the interviews is made by direct follow-up of the supervisors, and by checking and validating the interviews together with the customer.

MultiDados have a panel distributed by sex, age, city, social status and habits, among others, which may be used for online studies.
